SMS 6th grade science students created plant and animal cell models using icing and candy this week.




Sheridan Middle School is proud to congratulate Avery Williams for winning the Arkansas State Spelling Bee. We know Avery will represent Sheridan well at the Scripps National Spelling Bee.

SMS Families: UPDATE Students and staff have been allowed to enter back into the building, except for the North Annex part of the building. Again, all students and staff are safe.
SMS Families: A fire alarm went off in the north annex of the Sheridan Middle School campus. Students and staff have been evacuated from the building until the members of the fire department, who are on the scene, can determine the cause of the alarm. All students and staff are safe.
Ms. Aiken's & Mrs. Dunn's classes made edible aquifers on Thursday this week. The students added "pollution" & tried to get the "water" out by drilling a "well" with a straw. This is a part of their unit on Human Impact.
