The ATLAS Summative testing results are starting to come in, and we’re excited to see all that our students have learned. At Sheridan Middle School, we believe in “showing what you know,” and our students continue to grow!
A big thank-you to our amazing teachers and hardworking students for all their effort and dedication.
To top it all off, our incredible volunteer School Board members made the last day of testing extra special. They went door to door with a sweet treat cart to celebrate and encourage our teachers—what a thoughtful surprise! Jan Caldwell and Melissa Grisham, thank you!

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week! A big shoutout to our local Cotija restaurant for treating our teachers to a wonderful taco and nacho bar—it was such a delicious surprise! We are truly grateful for the love and support.

Sheridan Middle School made waves at the Arkansas 4‑H SeaPerch Challenge held at Benton River Center on April 3rd! We’re so proud of our incredible teams and all their hard work designing, building, and navigating their underwater robots!

Team 20352C from Sheridan Middle School has been invited to compete in the VEX IQ Robotics World Championship!
This outstanding team — Jackson Knight, Jacob Jones, Priyes Laxmi, and Caleb Humphrey, coached by Margaret McEuen — will represent Sheridan School District as they compete against teams from all over the world.

At Sheridan Middl School in 7th period, Brenner’s class found a creative way to celebrate a big milestone. After a long journey with leukemia, Brenner recently had his port removed — a big step toward a new normal. His classmates marked the moment with a “Port Party” but with a twist, turning their ports into ships sailing into port.
