March 14 - 16 and March 28 - 30, each third, fourth, and fifth-grade class had the opportunity to learn about healthy snacks, read and follow a recipe, and learn about fractions while making fruit pizzas. Students were also provided with a copy of the recipe to take home and try with their families. Special thanks to Brady Martin, Amanda Garner, and the EEI Cafe staff for providing this opportunity to our students!

Third, fourth, and fifth-grade students from EEI competed in the Regional Quiz Bowl Tournament in Pine Bluff on March 7th and 8th. The 3rd/4th-grade team placed second runner-up in their tournament. Congratulations to all the students who participated for their amazing efforts.
