Sheridan High School hosted an Elective Fair yesterday for upcoming freshmen from Sheridan Middle School and East End Middle School as well students who are already attending 9th -11th grade. Students who are a part of different elective classes at SHS created informational flyers and posters to help connect with new students in hopes to attract more applicants for these electives. Sheridan High School was proud to host a meeting last week of the Arkansas Council for Military Children. The Council is chaired by Colonel (Ret) John Kaminar, the Military Family Engagement Advisor for the Arkansas Department of Education.

East End Intermediate School hosted members of the Sheridan School District Board of Education and District administrators today. Members of the EEI Student Council provided informational tours of the building, and EEI Prinicipal Dr. Amber Binz and Assistant Principal Liane Teague gave presentations to the group over lunch. #YJNation

The Yellowjacket girls 7th/8th/9th grade teams will host Maumelle tonight. Those games will be played in the lower gym beginning at 5 p.m.
The Sheridan boys 7th/8th/9th grade teams will also play tonight at Maumelle, starting at 5 p.m. Tickets are $5 online through GoFan or $10 cash at the gate.

Sheridan High School Educators Rising organization students attended the State Conference at Southern Arkansas University on Thursday. Students competed in a variety of events related to education, attended break-out sessions, and networked with many other students from across the state.
